This place is a complete joke, my pharmacy called to ask for a refill of insulin. After 2 weeks they still had not gotten back to myself of the pharmacy. I talked to several pharmacist in the area, and got the same story form all 5. This is normal practice for this office, now we are talking about insulin here not something that people abuse. Finally I took it upon myself and contacted the office and what do I get form Shari (the lady responsible for refills) "its not my problem". The same day like magic I get a call from the pharmacy that my refill is ready. Shari then takes it upon herself to cancel my next appointment, again I was not notified and went to the office to find out that I no longer had an appointment.
