    If I could give a zero I would..... I had a house fire in 2015 and called his office to see what I needed to do... no had to leave a message... and no one ever called me back... I have the hardest time getting to talk to Dale Gainey or Ralph Martin... and the office personnel can not answer any questions either... I am still dealing with insurance issues from this house fire... and calling the main office is a waste of time...transferred to so many different people... I am fed up... Do not use this man....
