Thanks Tony, you ruined this visit! I usually don't have a problem at any Home Depot but this time was particularly unpleasant. I went to purchase lumber and only the cheapest, on the bottom shelf, had a price tag. I assumed the one right above it was the same price as it was the case for the lumber beside it. I got to the register only to find that I was wrong. I personally gathered 20 planks of the wrong thing because the price wasn't listed. I asked for help because now I needed 20 more and I had no interest in doing it again. I finally got someone to come help and his first question was if I was going to help. I laughed and he immediately got argumentive. I informed him of my intent to assist and tried to explain my current situation. His take away was, I only lifted 20 while he lift them all day. Then when I decided I didn't want a particular piece of would, he thought it was his job to tell me I don't know what I want and that I should shuffle through the wood and tell him when to grab something. At that I was done and told him to leave. Grabbed the remaining 19 planks alone.

I will say that I was already frustrated when I encounter him. Therefore, I won't act like I was being pleasant. I can say I wasn't rude. This was extremely poor customer service!
