Best Electronics-In Home Repair at 3731 Sunbridge Drive Southwest, Snellville, Georgia.

Brandsmart USA uses a Warranty company, they referred this BEST Electronics to fix our T.V, Still this date, the television is not fixed, Inquiry was made more than a month Ago, July 20th.. today is 09/03/17, they said the part need to be ordered, there was no response for soem time, later called and then somebody said its Back ordered, you have to wait. Then they said we are sending a tech on sunday, Waited.. no body showed up, Called Monday, No response, got a hold with them on Wednesday, Whoever picked the phone, after a long pause, said they fired that tech, so we were not able to make it. so we can reschedule, it was rescheduled another Thursday, again the same thing happened. No body showed up, or called to inform us, . Called him on Saturday, he didn't even apologize for what happened, Ok we will reschedule next Thursday, Took 3 days off for these Jokers to show up, And besides he called me a "LIAR", said we schedule only once not 3 times.. so there is some problem with them.. Still waiting to fix this television. Very bad Customer Service, Lack of communication, IF you are redirected to these people, Please stop and THink, you time is way more worth than playing with this Jokers.. Find some one else...
