Nice environment. Dr. Nam is a very good and caring doctor. She listens to her patients. The staff is always willing to help and even will go above and behind to make sure you are happy with the service. No surprises with insurance issues, etc. The staff takes pretty good care of you. I have never had a problem and I have been a patient for 5 years. Regarding the previous review yes the patients who are waiting in the waiting room are sometimes really rude. One time I came in wearing a little perfume and a patient yelled at me from the across the room saying, You are not suppose to wear perform, you idiot. Can't you read the sign." True to my form I apologized and then stated that name calling is really unnecessary. The lady got up and left. When I went to talk to staff and asked if I needed to wait outside in my car, I was advised not worry about it they would assign me to a room. They did. You do have to watch out for the rude patients but I believe they are everywhere.
